We are celebrating our 76th year! The Southern Illinois Water Operators Association was founded in 1934. The SIWOA mission is to provide on-going training and conferences for the water operators to help them maintain the necessary skills, expertise and knowledge base required for them to provide safe drinking water to the people and communities in Southern Illinois.
